Managed journey stage-fee payments and subscription upgrades currently run through supported providers such as Paystack and Flutterwave, depending on the flow you choose in-app.
Yes. Explorer can be activated immediately in-app, while Traveler and Professional activate as soon as the payment provider confirms your checkout. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current paid cycle, so paid-plan access stays active until that subscription window ends.
Subscription fees are refundable within 7 days if unused. Service-fee refunds follow milestone completion and unreleased balances: completed work remains billable, while unreleased stage funds can be reviewed for refund.
