No. Enilo is designed to show pathway realism before users commit money. A Pathway Verdict explains fit, blockers, assumptions, and the recommended next action so users can decide whether to proceed, compare alternatives, wait, or avoid the path for now.
The arrival checklist is a structured task list seeded automatically after your journey is accepted. It covers four stages — pre-departure, arrival day, first week, and first month — with tasks tailored to your goal type (study, work, or visit). It is available on all plans.
Managed journey stage-fee payments and subscription upgrades currently run through supported providers such as Paystack and Flutterwave, depending on the flow you choose in-app.
Yes. Explorer can be activated immediately in-app, while Traveler and Professional activate as soon as the payment provider confirms your checkout. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current paid cycle, so paid-plan access stays active until that subscription window ends.
Subscription fees are refundable within 7 days if unused. Service-fee refunds follow milestone completion and unreleased balances: completed work remains billable, while unreleased stage funds can be reviewed for refund.
