Nature of the service
Enilo is a software and operations platform for international education, work, and travel.
Enilo:
- Does not issue visas
- Does not guarantee outcomes
- May prepare and coordinate submissions on your behalf when you authorize the workflow
- Does not act as a government authority or provide immigration legal advice
Final decisions remain with schools, employers, embassies, and other third parties.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Verifying information with official authorities
- Providing truthful, complete documents and application information
- Reviewing and authorizing submissions Enilo prepares on their behalf
- Decisions made based on the platform's guidance and operational support
Enilo is not responsible for application outcomes, rejections, or decisions made by third parties.
Platform access
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to restrict access in cases of misuse or abuse.
Intellectual property
All content, software, and materials on Enilo are owned by Enilo or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enilo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Enilo constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
